I offer 50 minute sessions and my fee is £80 per session.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a goal-oriented, evidence-based therapy that focuses on helping you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. Through CBT, you can develop practical skills to manage challenges and improve your emotional well-being.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based approach that emphasises acceptance of difficult thoughts and feelings, and commitment to taking action aligned with your values. ACT can empower you to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, even in the presence of challenges.
My Approach
In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and work towards positive change. I believe in tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals, and I am committed to collaborating with you to foster growth and well-being.
I am passionate about providing effective, client-centered care, and I continually seek to enhance my skills and knowledge to best serve my clients. Your well-being is my priority, and I am here to support and empower you on your journey to emotional wellness.
