Children & Adolescents
As parents it can be incredibly distressing when your child is struggling with their mental health and unfortunately many parents struggle to access the right support. I work closely with parents to offer the most up to date and recommended evidence-based treatments. I aim to provide young people, and their parents, the skills and techniques to promote good mental health throughout their development and into adulthood.

Although my core training has been in adult mental health, I have always harboured a passion for working with young people. I spent 6 months working in America with children and adolescents presenting with a range of experiences; Including, but not limited to, autism, ADHD, depression and anxiety. From this I knew I wanted to extend my training to be able to offer expertise to young people and their families.
